Frustrating Day

I have been trying to get into my blog since late this morning without any luck. I kept getting error messages. I have been digging for information for hours on Blogger, Sitemeter, and Google without much success. At 10:30p.m. I finally hit on some information regarding my stat counter, Sitemeter. Evidently, Sitemeter is bringing down every site whose browser is Internet Explorer versions 5.5, 6.0, and 7.0. Well folks, as soon as I removed the code from my site, I could finally post. To say that I am frustrated is putting it mildly. I was relieved, though, that the problem wasn't isolated to only my blog. Has anyone had difficulty getting into my blog or other blogs today? I'd be interested in knowing what you've experienced.

I never seem to have enough time to actually execute all of the ideas that pop into my head. Making something from an idea can sometimes be a lengthy process. I lucked out this time. Designing this bag didn't take too long and it looks exactly how I pictured it to be.

A close-up of the yo-yo posie.

I hope you all have a fabulous weekend. Have fun. Stay safe.

Aloha!

I haven't had any problems getting into any blogs and I have Internet Explorer 7.0.

Your bag is beautiful. It is always nice when a design turns out the way you envisioned it. My ideas usually look better in my head than in reality...lol.

Have a great weekend.

Your bag is fab!! I'm glad it worked out as you had hoped - I hate when I have a great idea in my mind, and it comes out looking like crap, lol. You generally learn a few tips from doing a trial run - I bet you discovered a trick or two to utilize if you make the bag again!

Aloha from Ohio, where I'm visiting quilty internet girlfriends ... Hi Trish! Hi Pat!

Thank you, thank you! I was having the same problems you were having and was becoming very frustrated. I'm a new reader and saw your post this morning after I'd painstakening posted from my iphone. Once I removed sitemeter also, I am up and running again! Just hope we didn't lose any sitemeter info, but oh well. Thanks again!
BTW - I love your purse. I'll be posting later today about my latest purse project, but it's not near as cute as yours! Have a good day!

OOh yes, I couldn't access your blog or a couple of others that I had linked through mine. I was hoping that it wasn't something that I was doing. Glad to see your blog again, and I absolutely love the bag. The colors are the greatest.

I love this purse! You are so good at designing things. I just can not seem to come up with things to make. I mean if I have a pattern I can make it, but to just design things on my own, I am no good! I see things people come up with and think, wow, how did they think of that?! I would love to design my own softie doll but can't seem to come up with anything. I am just gonna have to really try harder! Keep up the great work! I just love looking at all the things you come up with!
Blessings,
Diane

Cute bag! - you are so creative! I had problems the other day trying to post a hyperlink on my blog, but it might have just been blogger that day. (although now I will keep that counter thing in mind!)

I was having major problems late last night when I was trying to read blogs, I got error messages on about half the blogs so finally gave up. I thought it was my computer, so I'm glad to hear that it wasn't. I'm not having any trouble today, so they must have fixed the problem.

OH! Perfect, I like the combination of colours, the flower, the button, the handles of the bag ... I like everything, everything that you do ... is a professor at the imagination and projects ... Congratulations!. Thank you for sharing it with us.
I have no trouble entering.

Hello, I was reading On the Road with Janet and she mentioned your blog as far as blogger was concerned. I too had some problems Friday and was in a tizzy for a couple of hours, lol. I think there needs to be a blogger monitor to let us bloggers know when something isn't right so we don't mess something else up trying to fix it, lol. Love your bag, it is delightful!
