Hello, everyone! Today is Monday, Diet Challenge check in day. Did I mention that I am beginning to hate Monday's? Just a little. I'm not doing very well with my diet and have been eating everything in sight. E-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. I've gained back a pound and feel so disgusted and feel like giving up, but I won't. Onward and upward, right? LOL
I don't have anything to show you today so I'll leave you with a picture of my big fat happy cat and his amazing long white whiskers.
Take care!
Aloha!

What an amazingly adorable kitty!!
And don't get discouraged -- losing weight is tough work!!
Hi there.
I feel with you.
I am on a diet myself.
And I am starting to hate it as well.
Be strong.
Kind regards
Janine
Lettie, Have no fear you will get back in the saddle and it will come off.
Lettie, I am sure you will get your diet back on track in no time and lose that pound. Don't give up.
Take care.
Life must be good as a contented big, fat cat! What a gorgeous boy. Kath in England
Onward and upward - great attitude! I have been going through sort of the same thing - the progress I make seems to be so slow. I blew it this past weekend and was feeling very discouraged until I decided to just put it behind me and start again.
Love your big, fat, happy cat.
Don't get disgusted, just take it one day at a time. I know it is hard but you can do it.
Hi Lettie..I struggle with the weight, too. Don't be hard on yourself...you'll get back on track. When I get home, I'm making some of those cute push pins : )
Love,
Amy
Don't worry about the pound - even when you're on a diet you still have to get through life, and sometimes - we eat things we shouldn't! Just get back on track and don't let a minor setback throw you off!
Mr. Mouse is looking very well and very handsome - I'm so glad he's better :) Z blogged him a message a few days ago - I think the pair of them are up to something!!!
Hang in there! Losing weight is not easy (if it was, we would all be supermodels!) Sometimes we need to take a deep breath and praise ourselves on how far we have come on our weight loss journey. Don't let the little bumps in the road deter you!
Don't get discouraged, hang in there.
I think we sometimes need to take a step back before we go forward. It makes us so much more determined. Hang in there!
